Daily Cleansing Foam

1. Dispense: Take approximately a finger-length amount (1cm) and warm between palms.
2. Lather: Add water and lather into a rich foam before applying to the face.
3. Massage: Massage gently over a damp face in rolling motions, working the foam across the entire face including pores.
4. Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until no residue remains.

Wash-Off Pack

1. Dispense: Take approximately a finger-length amount. For targeted pore care, apply more to areas of concern such as nose and chin.
2. Apply to dry skin: Apply evenly over a dry face, avoiding the eye and lip area. The formula will go on as a pack texture.
3. Leave: Leave on skin for 1–2 minutes. For a more intensive treatment, leave for up to 5 minutes. Do not exceed 5 minutes to avoid any drying effect.
4. Massage off: Gently massage with fingertips and a little lukewarm water until the texture transforms into a foam.
5. Rinse: Rinse thoroughly until no residue remains.

Tips

• If the formula is difficult to dispense in cold temperatures, warm the tube between your palms first — the thick texture will soften.
• Small particles in the formula are finely ground Heartleaf raw material and Rice Powder — this is normal and not a quality issue. Slight colour variation between batches is also expected due to natural ingredient content.
• For daily use, the foam method is gentler. Use the pack method two to three times per week for deeper pore care, or as needed after exercise or heavy SPF wear.

Cautions in Use

In case of having side effects such as red rash, swollenness and/or itching while using this product, or in case such symptoms appear by direct sunlight after using it, consult a dermatologist immediately.

Do not apply on any part where you have a scar, eczema or dermatitis.

Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

Do not leave on skin for longer than 5 minutes when used as a wash-off pack.
