1. Cleanse first: Cleanse your face thoroughly before use. The Cooling Pad should be applied to clean, bare skin for maximum efficacy.
2. Open and unfold: Remove one pad from the packaging and unfold fully. The pad should be thoroughly saturated with the ampoule essence.
3. Apply to face: Place the pad across both cheeks and the forehead, or focus on specific areas of concern. Press gently to ensure full contact with the skin.
4. Leave for 10 minutes: Allow the pad to rest on the skin for 10 minutes. Use this time to complete the rest of your routine - hair, body, or simply relax.
5. Remove and pat in: Peel the pad away gently and use it to wipe across any remaining dry areas. Pat the remaining essence into the skin with fingertips until fully absorbed.
6. Continue your routine: Follow with your serum, moisturiser and SPF. Skin is now cooled, calmed and in an optimal state to receive active ingredients.

Use daily for ongoing thermal ageing prevention, or as a targeted treatment after exercise, heat exposure, or any activity that raises skin temperature.
